A bit of benching the other week. Just working some reps.
405 straight weight + 150 lbs band tension x 2
First was clean, second was a bit high it looked like, third I obviously got pinned.
Coaching it up, and happy about it.
3 Weeks before weigh ins. I hate cutting. Also lame myspace mirror photo, I know. Sad.
End of last cut for meet. Weigh-ins (day before) = 180.8 lbs, Meet day = 195.2 lbs. Gotta love manipulating water and glycogen.
End of last cut, stopped a bit early since I made weight for my meet. Leanest powerlifter at the meet heh.
