“I came to Ty in as a mess, I had been at my highest weight ever (283 lbs @ 5’9”).  I had no clue what to do, I didn’t work out unless you counted the occasional Wi-Fit game, my nutrition consisted of fast food and microwave dinners and though I had tried to lose weight multiple times, I’d fall off the wagon after a week or two and what little weight I did lose came back, and then some.  Ty helped me deal with my issues with food and learn self control as well as laid out a plan that I could actually follow.  I started working out 5 times a week, and although it was hard, it gave me a sense of purpose and renewed energy.  The nutrition plan was something I could actually do.  It wasn’t some crazy sort of diet that I always saw on TV or read about and it incorporated lots of “normal” foods (normal to me at least!) that made it easier for me to stay on board and not revert to fast food (okay okay I cheated sometimes and went to Sonic, sorry Ty!).  All and all I worked with Ty for 12 weeks and lost 53 lbs!!!  He set me down a path that I can continue to follow and has given me a new life back!  Thanks so much Ty!” - A.S.
